The vacuum gas quenching furnace is suitable for vacuum quenching
of ring die and high-alloy steel materials such as high-speed tool
steel, measuring tool steel, and die steel with large diameters and
external dimensions, and can also be used for tempering and
annealing. The equipment has the function of convection heating,
which can realize processes such as graded quenching and isothermal
quenching. This Vertical vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace
is mainly used for vacuum gas quenching of tool steel, die steel,
high-speed steel, ultra-high-strength steel and other materials.

The vertical furnace adopts screw drive, which is flexible, safe
and reliable.
